Booking is simple. Choose your preferred experience, select the date, number of guests, and complete your reservation online. You will receive a confirmation email after checkout.

Most island experiences depart from Muelle de La Bodeguita in Cartagena's downtown area (el centro). Exact boarding instructions are shared after booking.

Boat rides to the Rosario Islands usually take 45 to 60 minutes depending on the beach club and sea conditions. Tierra Bomba is much closer, with boat rides typically around 15 minutes.

Light rain does not usually cancel island tours. Experiences are only cancelled if maritime authorities restrict navigation due to unsafe sea conditions.

We recommend bringing swimwear, sunscreen, sunglasses, a towel, and cash or card for personal expenses or extra consumption.

Free rescheduling is available up to 48 hours before departure, subject to availability. Less than 48 hours is treated as a cancellation. Rescheduled tours must be used within 12 months at the same value paid.

This depends on the specific Day Tour. Some experiences already include mandatory fees in the listed price, while others may require payment at the dock. Always check the Included / Not Included section on each product page. Payment is in cash, COP 31,500 (approximately USD 8).

You'll receive an email after checkout confirming your reservation is pending approval. Once availability is confirmed within 2 hours, you'll receive a second email with your booking details and next steps.
